Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program

Certifications Requirements:

  • Arizona Fingerprints and Background Clearance
  • IV Certification
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant LPN experience in long-term care or geriatric settings
  • Experience working with dementia patients preferred
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule

Other Requirements:

  • Comfortable commuting up to 30 minutes as housing is not provided
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols
