Schedule: Flexible | 4:00 AM – 10:00 PM | Weekends & Holidays Required

LPN Senior Mobile Phlebotomy Supervisor – Must-Have Requirements

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to travel for mobile blood drives and training
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, mobile environments

LPN Senior Mobile Phlebotomy Supervisor – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support mobile blood collection teams
  • Perform phlebotomy, vital signs, and donor screening
  • Ensure safe and positive donor experience during collections
  • Lead team members in daily mobile operations
  • Monitor workflow, quality, and productivity standards
  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
  • Assist with training and onboarding of team members
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency
  • Travel to mobile sites and training locations as needed
  • Support equipment setup, logistics, and event coordination

LPN Senior Mobile Phlebotomy Supervisor – Additional Qualifications
