Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing visits in a home setting.
Position Details:• Approximately 20 hours per week• Location: Williamsburg, VA 23188• Flexible scheduling• Home health / skilled nursing visits
Responsibilities:• Medication administration and management• Patient assessment and vital signs• Wound care (if applicable)• Documentation of visits• Communication with physician and care team
Requirements:• Active Virginia RN or LPN license• Home health or skilled nursing experience preferred• Reliable transportation• Professional and compassionate care
Schedule:Part-time – approximately 20 hours per week
