Location: Sumter East Health & Rehabilitation Center
Pay: $34 - $46 / Hour
Schedule: 12 hour shifts including every other weekend

What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing care while helping residents maintain their highest level of health, comfort, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
- Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions, reporting changes promptly to the appropriate provider.
- Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, treatments, and clinical interventions.
- Accurately complete nursing documentation and maintain resident medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care.
- Ensure resident rights, dignity, privacy, and safety are maintained at all times.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
What We're Looking For
- Current South Carolina RN or LPN License (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or hospital experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a commitment to quality care
