Wentworth Health Partners Rheumatology is located in a state-of-the-art facility at 10 Members Way, Dover, NH. We are a full-service practice caring for adults with arthritis, osteoporosis, musculoskeletal pain disorders and systemic autoimmune diseases. Our areas of expertise include Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Gout, Joint Pain, Lupus, Neck & Back Pain, Raynaud''s Syndrome.
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team working onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who is comfortable managing complex patient cases and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. The position involves supporting patients who are prescribed complex specialty medications, providing a high level of education around treatment plans, and coordinating care with infusion centers. The LPN will also be responsible for assessing patient acuity, communicating closely with physicians, and conducting nurse visits that are primarily focused on patient education and follow-up care.
Serving as the sole LPN in the office, you'll partner with four physicians and four medical assistants to support comprehensive, patient‑focused care.
Job Summary
Under the supervision of a Nurse Manager, licensed clinical leader, or non-clinical practice manager - and in collaboration with other team members - provides direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the scope of practice.
