Project New Generation LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented LPN Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Glendale, AZ. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct routine audits of patient records and care plans to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and clinical teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Track and report quality metrics, outcomes, and performance indicators to management
  • Assist in developing and updating policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
  • Participate in staff education and training related to quality assurance standards and best practices
  • Identify and report compliance issues, safety concerns, and risk management matters
Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arizona
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related healthcare role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and staff collaboration
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
