Job Post: LPN Private Duty Caregiver for Complex Medical Needs

Rate: $37/hr

Location: Dumont, NJ

Position Type: Full-Time (40hrs/wk)

Shifts Available:

• 7am - 3pm Saturday & Sunday

Medical Conditions and Needs: Our patient is a 26-year-old individual with complex medical needs. They have a history of static encephalopathy, respiratory distress syndrome, bronchiopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), and have required respiratory support through a ventilator and oxygen. The patient also has malabsorption syndrome.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in providing care for individuals with complex medical needs is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of tracheostomy care, ventilator management, Gtube feeding, and medical interventions is essential.
• Certification in CPR and basic life support is required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dedicated caregiving team.
