Pay: $1,258 – $1,420
Hours: 2–3x8 hr nights, every other weekend and holidays
Orientation: Must be available to start on a Tuesday or Thursday
Provide direct and indirect nursing care under RN supervision
Assist residents with ADLs: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, positioning, skin care
Maintain resident safety and clean environment; respond to call lights and alarms
Support resident nutrition: meal prep, feeding, and honoring preferences
Assist with rehabilitative needs: range of motion, transfers, mobility, and alignment
Observe, report, and document changes in resident physical, emotional, and psychosocial status
Follow infection control and safety protocols
NY LPN Licensure (Required)
BLS Certification (AHA or RQI) (Required)
Minimum 1 year experience as LPN in LTC or CNA capacity (Required)
High School Diploma or GED
Availability for variable nights, weekends, and holidays
