Our Client is looking for a Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) – Contract Position

Schedule & Contract Details

• Shift:

  • 11:00pm-7:00am

• Workdays: Monday–Friday

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

• Employment Type: Contract (3+ months) with strong likelihood of extension

• Per Diem: Available if preferred

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and established clinical standards.

• Administer medications and perform ordered treatments with accuracy and timeliness.

• Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and adjust care plans to ensure safety and comfort.

• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols.

• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support comprehensive, patient‑centered care planning.

• Communicate clearly with residents and family members, explaining conditions, care plans, and medication regimens.
