    **Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living** Full-time 7a-7p and 7p-7a

    **Job Overview:**

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to residents while promoting a safe and supportive environment. As an LPN in our community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents, as well as support the healthcare team.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    - Provide nursing care that complies with health regulations and meets residents' individual needs.
    - Administer medications and treatments in accordance with doctors' orders and established protocols.
    - Monitor residents' health status by performing regular assessments, noting any changes, and communicating effectively with physicians and staff.
    - Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
    - Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care and observations in residents' medical records.
    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
    - Respond to emergency situations promptly, providing first aid and coordinating additional care as needed.
    - Educate residents and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
    - Act as a support system for residents, showing empathy, kindness, and respect in dealing with diverse populations.

    **Qualifications:**

    - A valid LPN license in the state of employment.
    - Prior experience in an assisted living or long-term care setting is preferred.
    - Strong knowledge of nursing best practices and regulatory requirements.
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
