    Paramount Home Health Care LLC is currently seeking two (2) dependable, compassionate, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one  nursing care for a 10-year-old boy in Holiday, FL 34691.Great family to work with.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working with children and is looking for a consistent schedule, flexible shift options, and a wonderful, supportive family to work with.

    Patient Care Needs

    The LPN will provide nursing care and assistance including:

    • G-Tube management and care
    • Tracheostomy care
    • Medication administration as ordered
    • Monitoring the patient's condition and maintaining safety
    • Basic nursing services and assistance with activities of daily living
    • Following the patient's established Plan of Care
    • Completing required nursing documentation
    • Communicating with the family and nursing supervisor regarding the patient's care and condition
    Schedule – 5 Days Per Week

    Monday through Thursday and Saturday

    We are looking for nurses to help cover the following shifts:

    Evening Shift:

    • 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
    • OR 4:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight
    Overnight Shift:

    • 12:00 Midnight – 8:00 AM
    • OR 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
    There is flexibility in scheduling, and nurses may discuss the shifts and days that work best with their availability.

    No G-Tube or Trach Experience? We Can Train You!

    Previous G-Tube and tracheostomy experience is preferred but NOT required. If you are a qualified LPN who is dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable working with a pediatric patient, training can be provided.

    Qualifications

    • Current and active Florida LPN license
    • Pediatric or private-duty nursing experience is a plus, but not required
    • G-Tube and tracheostomy experience preferred, but training is available
    • Dependable with excellent attendance
    • Good communication and documentation skills
    • Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with children
    • Able to provide safe and attentive one-on-one nursing care
    • Willingness to learn and follow the patient's individualized Plan of Care
