Responsibilities
- Provide nursing oversight and resident care in accordance with South Carolina Assisted Living regulations.
- Administer medications and monitor resident health status.
- Supervise medication technicians and nursing assistants during the shift.
- Coordinate staffing and address schedule changes when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and facility policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Serve as the clinical leader for the evening shift.
Qualifications
- Current South Carolina LPN License
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Assisted Living experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
