Are you an experienced LPN looking for a leadership opportunity in a supportive Assisted Living community?

The Palmettos of Parklane is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN Nurse Supervisor to lead our evening shift team. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional resident care while serving as the clinical leader for the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing oversight and resident care in accordance with South Carolina Assisted Living regulations.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health status.
• Supervise medication technicians and nursing assistants during the shift.
• Coordinate staffing and address schedule changes when needed.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Serve as the clinical leader for the evening shift.

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina LPN License
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Assisted Living experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
