Best Home Health Care LLC is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide wound care and basic nursing services for one of our patients in Leesburg, Florida.


This is a great opportunity for an LPN who loves what they do, enjoys helping patients, and takes pride in providing quality one-on-one care.


Schedule


Approximately 3 visits per week with a flexible schedule.


Responsibilities


The LPN will provide wound care as ordered and perform basic LPN nursing duties, which may include:

• Wound assessment, cleaning, dressing changes, and monitoring
  
  
• Taking and documenting vital signs
  
  
• Medication assistance/administration as ordered
  
  
• Monitoring the patient's condition and reporting changes
  
  
• Providing basic nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
  
  
• Following the patient's Plan of Care and physician's orders
  
  
• Completing accurate nursing documentation after each visit
  
  
• Communicating with the patient, family, and nursing supervisor as needed
  
  
• Maintaining patient safety and following infection-control procedures
  
  

Requirements


Applicants must have a current and valid Florida LPN license and be dependable, professional, compassionate, and comfortable providing wound care and basic nursing services.


Most importantly, we are looking for a nurse who genuinely loves what they do and cares about providing excellent patient care.
