LPN - Nurse Supervisor (Full Time Night Shift) Role Information Location: Wesley Glen | 5155 N. You, our Ideal Candidate You are a dedicated and compassionate LPN who provides individualized, high-quality care with professionalism and integrity. You thrive in a collaborative care environment and are confident in supporting both clinical duties and team leadership across Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing units. Here’s what you’re responsible for: The LPN Supervisor is responsible for facilitating safe nursing floor operations in accordance with federal state and local regulations and standards, ensuring that each resident receives quality care, and maintains or attains the highest practical physical, mental and psychosocial well-being. This position ensures resident rights, dignity, freedom of choice and individuality, and is knowledgeable of recent events which may have an impact on each resident. The LPN Supervisor directs nursing staff, promoting a positive, calm and effective work environment that contributes to teamwork. This position requires excellent communication skills with team members, residents and family members as well as a high level of patience and compassion for others.
