Are you a caring and dedicated licensed practical nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with memory care needs? MapleView Memory Care-Minot is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor the health status of residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all residents

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of North Dakota
• Experience working with individuals with memory care needs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
