As needed, you will also provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes, including treatments, patient education, clinical documentation, and communication with physicians, RNs, and case managers to ensure continuity of care. This position works in a fast-paced office environment and requires excellent phone etiquette, the ability to appropriately triage patient concerns and clinical issues, and strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
