    The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester; TN, and we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Med Surg team.

    This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.

    Schedule: Full-Time | PRN | Days | Nights

    What You’ll Do

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform patient assessments, reassessments, and provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care under RN supervision
    • Assess, manage, and educate patients on pain; monitor cardiac rhythms, dysrhythmias and recognize changes in patient status; perform and interpret point-of-care testing per unit policies
    • Administer medications and IV therapy safely while following the 5 medication rights and established protocols
    • Maintain accurate documentation, educate patients and families, and communicate effectively with the care team
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality outcomes and support unit operations through mentoring and staff training

    What We Are Looking For

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited LPN program & Current Tennessee LPN license + BLS certification
    • One year of hospital experience preferred
    • Ability to interpret EKGs, lab results, and clinical data; Basic computer skills
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages preferred
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more & stand and walk for extended periods
    • Reliable attendance, dependability & flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
