Position Overview:
Cedar Ridge Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join their team on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about resident care and can work independently in a long-term care or rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the facilitys standards and state regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the RN or provider as needed.
- Support daily patient activities and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to all facility protocols.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Maine.
- State or federal-issued identification must be presented upon arrival.
- Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment.
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide documented medical or religious exemption from employer (additional doses required where applicable).
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
