Shift Information:
The position is full time; working M-F, five 8’s or four 10’s. Call required.

What you will do:
Responsible for assuring quality patient care by coordinating with the circulator in the planning and implementation of patient care in the OR. Maintains AORN and AST standards to ensure patient safety at all times. Assists the surgeon with gowning and gloving, draping of the sterile field and performing technical tasks.
Required Education:
CST and Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational/RN Nursing Program, Needs OR Experience
Required Skills:
Ability to read, write and follow instructions; strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Meditech, faxing, scanning
Required Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Basic Life Support
Preferred Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support
Preferred Experience:
One or more years’ experience as a CST in a hospital Operating Room
Qualifications:
