Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN
- Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN
- Assist in the administration of medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Support daily living activities for patients as needed
Requirements of the LPN / LVN
- Current LPN / LVN license in Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
