LPN/LVN - Home Health Rankin/Madison/Yazoo

The LPN/LVN provides nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with physician orders and the individualized plan of care developed by the interdisciplinary care team. This role supports patients and their families in the home by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care aimed at promoting recovery, maintaining health, and preventing hospitalization.

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Home Health setting. This role supports patients and their families in the home by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care aimed at promoting recovery, maintaining health, and preventing hospitalization.
