LPN/LVN- Clinic

This applies to direct care staff (Examples: RN, LPN, Nurse Aides, Therapists) referred to Kentucky nursing facilities, assisted living communities, or long-term care facilities, in accordance with KRS 216.793. Skills/Specialties/Technology : EPIC EMR experience preferred; Gastroenterology experience, phone queue management, prior authorizations, referrals, scheduling, and InBasket management are a plus.

Pride Health is hiring a LPN/LVN- Clinic to support our client's healthcare facility in Houston, TX. 

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Location: Houston, TX- travel to different clinics as needed. 
• Job Type: Contract- 6 Weeks
• Pay Range: $33-$35

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Provide nursing care to patients in an assigned clinical area under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Coordinator.
• Perform LVN I responsibilities, with additional duties based on experience and LVN II or LVN III classification.
• Utilize equipment and related supplies appropriate for the selected patient population and assigned clinical area.

Requirements:
License(s): Active, unencumbered Texas LVN/LPN license.
Certification(s): BLS
Years of experience: Minimum of 6 months in a clinical area or successful completion of a KSC LVN Residency program. LVN II: 4+ years of clinical experience preferred. LVN III: 9+ years of clinical experience preferred.
Skills/Specialties/Technology:  EPIC EMR experience preferred; Gastroenterology experience, phone queue management, prior authorizations, referrals, scheduling, and InBasket management are a plus.
