Job Summary

St. Albans Health & Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 10-week local contract on the 2nd shift.

The LPN will provide safe and compassionate nursing care to residents while working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. Candidates must have their own reliable transportation, as this area has very limited public transportation.

Every weekend commitment is required.

Requirements

• Active Vermont LPN License

• LTC/SNF experience preferred

• Available for 2nd shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

• Must work every weekend

• Local candidates only

• Must have own reliable transportation

• All RTO must be approved before finalizing the contract

• No overtime available

• Ability to complete the full 10-week assignment

Required Credentials

• Active Vermont LPN License

• Current BLS Certification

• LTC/SNF experience preferred
