Shift: 7A - 3P or 3P- 11P

Pay Rate: $36/hr

Experience Requirement:
Must have at least one year of current senior living or skilled nursing experience.

Job Description:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients. The LPN will bring valuable experience, especially in senior living or skilled nursing environments, to contribute to the well-being and comfort of individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ensure the comfort and safety of patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in senior living or skilled nursing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of LTAC protocols and procedures.
