Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - On-Campus Independent Living

Full Time, 64 hours bi-waeekly, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.

Pennswood Village is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care to independent living residents located on our senior living campus.

In this role, you'll provide individualized nursing care to residents while working as part of Pennswood Village's health care team. All care is provided on our campus—no travel required.

The Position

As an LPN in this role, you will:

• Provide nursing care and health assessments to independent living residents
• Administer medications and perform clinical nursing procedures
• Monitor resident needs and changes in condition
• Participate in individualized care planning
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Complete required nursing documentation

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Experience working with older adults preferred
