Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care for a client in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking flexible scheduling, meaningful one-on-one patient care, and additional income. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to provide safe, attentive care in a private home setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the client's individualized plan of care and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Administer and manage medications as directed.
- Provide ostomy care.
- Provide care for a bedbound client, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Perform intermittent catheterization as required.
- Assist with diabetes management and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Previous experience providing nursing care, preferably in a home-care or private-duty setting.
- Current CPR certification.
- Negative TB test/results as required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.
