`Duties```- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
```Skills```- Proficient in patient assessment techniques- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage and maintenance- Familiarity with ophthalmology procedures and equipment- Basic life support (BLS) certification- Experience administering Botox injections (preferred)- Competency in venipuncture and specimen collection processing- Understanding of senior care principles and practices- Ability to administer inhaled medications
