Minimum Requirements Benefits For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a License Practical Nursing (LPN) program
• CPR requires
• Physical Exam
• 2-Step PPD or Chest X-ray
• Must be certified by the State you live as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening Shift
• Night shift

Supplemental schedule:

• Holidays
• Overtime

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
