    Location: Morton Plant | Clearwater, FL

    Facility: BayCare Health System, Pinellas St Primary-BMG

    Shift: Days | Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

    Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

    Status: Non-Exempt

    Weekend Work: None

    On Call: No

    Remote Work: Not eligible (Onsite only)

    Role Overview

    As an LPN II - Medical Group, you will support the physician's office healthcare team by providing clinical and administrative support to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient office operations.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Supporting the physician's office healthcare team
    • Answering phones and assisting with patient communications
    • Screening patient charts prior to appointments
    • Interviewing patients and preparing them for examinations and procedures
    • Assisting providers during patient examinations
    • Administering injections and treatments as ordered
    • Performing necessary laboratory work and testing
    • Following up on test orders and communicating results to physicians and patients
    • Providing patient education and support
    • Maintaining medical equipment and monitoring clinical supply inventory
    • Performing other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education

    Required:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

    Experience

    Required:

    • Licensed Practical Nurse experience

    Preferred:

    • Medical Office experience

    Licensure / Certification

    Required:

    • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
