What You'll Bring:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Proven experience working in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings with IDD populations.
- Strong knowledge of clinical practices related to disability care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to patient dignity and well-being.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with behavioral health support.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding IDD care.
- Bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Valid LPN license issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of one year of recent LTC or IDD care experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CPR and First Aid.
Other Requirements:
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Travel reimbursement and licensure-related expenses covered when applicable.
