    LPN - IDD - Pennsylvania - ICF

    Join Our Dedicated Healthcare Team as an LPN in Pennsylvania's Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Facility! Play a vital role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals with disabilities within an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF).     What You'll Bring:
    • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
    • Proven experience working in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings with IDD populations.
    • Strong knowledge of clinical practices related to disability care.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Compassionate nature with a commitment to patient dignity and well-being.

    Nice to Have Skills:
    • Experience with behavioral health support.
    • Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding IDD care.
    • Bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse populations.
    • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

    Preferred Education and Experience:
    • Valid LPN license issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
    • Minimum of one year of recent LTC or IDD care experience.
    • Relevant certifications such as CPR and First Aid.

    Other Requirements:
    • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
    • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
    • Travel reimbursement and licensure-related expenses covered when applicable.
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
