OneTeam Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care to residents within local retirement and senior living communities. This role offers the opportunity to enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of home health while minimizing travel and spending more time focused on patient care.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building relationships, providing one-on-one care, and working in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
