The LPN provides technical nursing interventions including infusion, wound care, phlebotomy, ostomy, catheter care, and other skilled interventions as ordered by the physician and within their Scope of Practice. Responsibilities: The Licensed Practical Nurse is a licensed professional who provides direct and indirect patient care services to patients in their home environment or alternative setting.

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a LPN: Home Health for their LAGRANGE, GA location.
 
Responsibilities:

• The Licensed Practical Nurse is a licensed professional who provides direct and indirect patient care services to patients in their home environment or alternative setting.
• The LPN collaborates with the Registered Nurse to provide nursing treatments to patients according to the plan of care established.
• The LPN provides technical nursing interventions including infusion, wound care, phlebotomy, ostomy, catheter care, and other skilled interventions as ordered by the physician and within their Scope of Practice.
• The LPN instructs, motivates, and assists patient and/or caregivers in learning and improving ability to live independently at home.

 
Requirements:

• HCHB, OASIS, picc line dressing changes, wound vacs, wound care, catheter changes.
