REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of LPN Experience Required
6 months of Home Health Experience Required
LPN License TX Required
BLS Required
Driver's License Required
COVID Card or Exemptions allowed
Unit Notes:
- Region: East Houston (30/40 mile radius).
- Milage: GSA Max.
- Setting: Outpatient (some visits are in Assisted Living Facilities - roughly 20%).
- Traveler can work weekends/holidays if necessary for patient but will have to be approved by their supervisor.
- Traveler will be required to attend a daily conference call at 8:15AM.
- Scrubs: clean/professional with closed toe shoes - no facial jewelry except small nose stud and earrings.
