    Responsibilities:

    Work hours are: Saturday & Sunday, 6am - 10pm.  $10,000 sign on bonus available.

    Primary responsibilities include: Administering medication to the residents that require this service, overseeing the care staff on duty, shift change reports, medication counts, rounding on residents and assisting Wellness Director with other nursing related duties as needed.     Pay Range: $31 - $33 per hour

    Sign on Bonus: $2500 quarterly for 12 months

    Bonus Payout Structure:
    The bonus will be distributed in four (4) equal payments of $2,500 at the end of each completed quarter of employment.
    Eligibility Requirements:
    To qualify for each quarterly payment, the employee must meet all of the following criteria during the applicable quarter:
    Maintain active employment status
    Have no disciplinary actions
    Have no tardiness occurrences
    Have no unexcused absences
    Failure to meet any of the above requirements during a given quarter will result in forfeiture of that quarter’s bonus payment.
