What You Will Do• Support and guide field nurses and caregivers• Assist with care plans and clinical oversight• Conduct supervisory and client visits• Help ensure quality patient care and compliance• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team• Support scheduling, training, and clinical problem solving• Be a leader your team can rely on daily
