Position Summary:
The Clinic LPN provides patient-centered nursing care within Trinity Health's outpatient clinic setting under the direction of providers, RNs, and the Clinical Services Manager. This role supports daily clinical workflows by preparing patients for visits, performing point-of-care testing, administering ordered treatments, and assisting with care coordination activities. The Clinic LPN contributes to a positive patient experience by maintaining accurate documentation, supporting clear communication between patients and the care team, and promoting safe, efficient clinic operations. Through collaboration, attention to detail, and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards, this position helps uphold quality care delivery in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.

The Clinic LPN frequently stands, walks, bends, and assists patients throughout the workday.
