LPN Charge Nurse - Memory Care - PRN (As Needed)

Under general supervision, the LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for assisting the Director of Health Care Services and/or Clinical Manager in overseeing the professional care of all residents who use health services. Functions as Charge Nurse for all areas.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• A minimum of one-year experience in medical/surgical area or Long-Term Care and/or Assisted Living Facility preferred.
• Experience with geriatrics preferred.
• Must hold a valid CPR certification.

Shifts Available:

Mornings: Week 1: Every other Friday 7 AM - 3 PM; Week 2: Every other Monday 7 AM - 3 PM

Evenings: Thursdays Only 3 PM - 11:30 PM

Overnights: Week 1: Every other Sunday 11 PM - 7 AM; Week 2: Every other Saturday 11 PM - 7 AM
