What You'll Do
Deliver compassionate, high quality nursing care
Assess residents and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
Supervise and support nursing assistants when appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications
Current LPN license in the State of Alaska
Current CPR certification
