What We're Looking For
We are seeking a nurse who:
- Has an active South Carolina LPN license.
- Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Leads by example and fosters teamwork.
- Communicates effectively with residents, families, providers, and staff.
- Has experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or senior living.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.
A Day in the Life
As our Resident Care Coordinator, you will:
- Conduct resident assessments and oversee service plans.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards.
- Support medication management and monitor resident outcomes.
- Lead and mentor care staff.
- Participate in resident rounds and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Partner with families regarding resident care needs.
- Help create an exceptional Assisted Living and Memory Care experience.
Schedule

- Typical Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- On-call/Manager-on-Duty rotation as needed
- Occasional flexibility to support resident and team needs
