    Step Into a Day in the Field

    Based in Myerstown, PA, you’ll roll out in a well-equipped service truck, start your morning with a safety check, and head to your first stop: installing or servicing propane tanks and associated equipment. By midday, you might be conducting a scheduled inspection, running leak tests, and documenting work in our systems. In the afternoon, you could respond to a service call, diagnose a regulator issue, educate a homeowner on safe usage under NFPA guidelines, and wrap up with precise records before collaborating with teammates to plan for tomorrow. Training and development are built into your routine, keeping you aligned with the latest standards.

    What You’ll Do

    • Install, service, and repair propane tanks and connected gas piping and equipment.
    • Perform routine inspections and verify compliance with all safety regulations and NFPA guidance.
    • Respond to troubleshooting calls, identify issues, and restore safe, reliable operation.
    • Coach customers on safe propane handling, usage, and ongoing maintenance.
    • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all work performed.
    • Partner with team members to streamline processes and elevate customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in ongoing technical training to remain current with industry best practices.

    What You Bring

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in propane systems preferred.
    • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
    • Experience in propane service or a closely related trade is a plus.
    • Solid grasp of propane safety protocols, regulations, and procedures.
    • Strong diagnostic ability and attention to detail.
    • Capable of working independently and as part of a crew.
    • Clear communication skills and a service-first mindset.
