    Job Overview: Assurasource is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) to provide high-quality counseling services and clinical supervision to licensed and associate counselors. The ideal candidate will deliver therapeutic care to clients and support the professional growth of supervisees in a collaborative, remote environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs.
    • Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to LPC-Associate and LPC candidates pursuing licensure.
    • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation according to ethical and regulatory standards.
    • Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches and crisis intervention techniques.
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
    • Promote a safe, supportive, and professional therapeutic environment.
    • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of best practices in counseling and supervision.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Valid, active LPC-S license in the state of Texas.
    • Experience providing clinical supervision to LPC-Associate or LPC candidates.
    • Strong clinical counseling skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation standards.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
    • Commitment to professional development and ethical practice.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Specialized training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care).
    • Experience with telehealth service delivery.
    • Bilingual abilities (Spanish-English) are a plus.
