Low Voltage Technician - Broward

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in the cabling industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

Pulling, routing, supporting, terminating, labeling and testing low voltage voice & data cat5/5e/6/Copper/Coax.

Establish cable pathways as described by industry standards.

Install termination blocks, patch panels and station hardware.

Troubleshoot as necessary.

Cleanup work site each day.

Maintain compliance with all industry standards (NEC, TIA/EIA, BICSI).

Adhere to all project safety requirements as established by the Company and OSHA.

Maintain the Company’s high standard of quality and professionalism with regards to workmanship, customer relations, coworkers, behavior and appearance.

Check and follow daily work schedule.

Report to assigned work location on time and properly prepared with the correct hand tools.

Train and direct Installers.
