    Job Title: Low Voltage Switchgear Maintenance Lead - Electrical/Facilities
    Location: Dallas, TX


    Shift:Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
    Job Description:
    Reporting to the Switchgear Supervisor, the Switchgear Lead will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of building facilities in a warehouse setting.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide ongoing feedback on performance of individuals through both formal and informal evaluations.
    • Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
    • Communicate daily plan and any production or customer service issues
    • Coordinate people resource requirements for the department.
    • Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.
    • Performs routine preventive maintenance on building systems
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    • Primary contact for response to situations where scrap is occurring in any process step.
    Required Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent; Completion of a trade school program preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in preventative maintenance or related field
    • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
    • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
    • Good interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, mechanical/technical skills, and logical problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift from task to task as needed
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods standing and walking.
    • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
    • Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
    • Must wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor.
