TradeSTAR is looking for a driven Recruiter to join our San Antonio team. You'll specialize in recruiting skilled professionals in the low voltage and construction industries, partnering with some of the top contractors in Central and South Texas.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, and qualify skilled trades professionals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Source talent through job boards, referrals, networking, and social media.
• Partner with Account Managers to meet client hiring needs.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates throughout their careers.
• Manage the recruiting process from first contact through placement.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for construction, skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, or low voltage is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
