Low Voltage Foreman
Summary: We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Foreman to lead the management and execution of large-scale structured cabling and fiber optic installations. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing on-site installation teams, including internal technicians and subcontractors, while delivering high-quality, standards-compliant work on projects valued from $10M to $15M.
The ideal candidate will coordinate effectively with General Contractors (GCs), customers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. You will maintain best-in-class installation practices and uphold the highest standards of quality across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and successfully deliver $10M-$15M structured cabling and fiber optic installation projects
Lead and supervise multiple on-site teams, including internal field crews and subcontractors
Coordinate daily activities with General Contractors, customers, and project managers
Oversee multiple crews and leads to ensure efficient, high-quality technical installations
Enforce industry best practices and quality standards on every job site
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience installing and testing structured cabling systems (preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Thorough knowledge of low voltage industry standards and best practices
Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously
