OUR TRAINING PROGRAM
Selected candidates will have access to training designed to prepare them for real-world job sites and career advancement. Training classes include:
Introduction to low-voltage systems
Job-site safety and proper PPE
Hand and power tool fundamentals
Structured cabling and cable-pulling techniques
Cable routing, labeling, and organization
Basic termination and testing
Introduction to data, security, fire alarm, and audio/visual systems
Blueprint and pathway basics
Professional conduct and job-site expectations

WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR
Dependable and ready to work
Interested in learning a skilled trade
Comfortable performing physical work
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willing to travel to job sites throughout the Austin area
Construction, warehouse, mechanical, or installation experience is helpful but not required
