The Concierge enhances the guest experience by providing personalized services, arranging reservations, and delivering information to ensure a memorable stay. This role directly impacts guest satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall reputation of the property. HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE - Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
- Make reservations, secure tickets, and arrange transportation and travel details.
- Handle VIP requests, including special product orders and turndown services.
- Arrange for laundry, cleaning, and repair services for guests’ belongings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including authorizing credit applications.
- Facilitate the sending and receiving of guest packages.
- Act as host for morning coffee service and create warm guest interactions.
- Report suspicious behavior to hotel security to maintain a safe environment.
- Consistently greet guests in a professional, friendly manner to elevate their experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Front Office team.
- Other duties as assigned.
