    Description

    We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused team member to help keep our dealership or service facility running smoothly. In this role, you will support day-to-day vehicle movement, organization, and lot presentation while contributing to a positive experience for customers and team members alike. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining order, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

    Responsibilities

    • Move vehicles safely throughout the lot, service areas, and delivery zones as directed.
    • Assist with organizing, arranging, and maintaining an orderly vehicle lot.
    • Prepare vehicles for display, customer pickup, or service scheduling as needed.
    • Check vehicle inventory locations and help ensure proper placement of keys, tags, and related items.
    • Support light cleaning tasks to help maintain a professional appearance across the lot and surrounding areas.
    • Provide assistance to sales, service, and administrative teams when needed.
    • Follow all safety procedures and traffic guidelines while operating vehicles on company property.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, where required by the employer.
    • Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and standard transmissions if applicable.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to keeping work areas organized.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
    • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday.

    Work Environment

    This position may require working indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable being active throughout the day and following established safety procedures at all times.
