Loss Prevention Coordinator
Location: Coraopolis, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Job Summary
We are seeking a Loss Prevention Coordinator to support Loss Prevention operations, reporting, and security-related projects. This role will work with stores, vendors, and internal teams to help manage alarms, cameras, EAS equipment, service requests, reporting, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Track and coordinate Loss Prevention service tickets, repairs, and installations.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to support LP projects and store needs.
- Ensure projects and program updates are communicated to stores.
- Maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Monitor vendor performance, service trends, and unresolved work orders.
- Support alarm permit tracking, renewals, compliance, and invoicing.
- Assist with training materials, SharePoint updates, and project documentation.
- Support new store openings and remodel projects, including alarm setup and LP system reviews.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, customer service, technical support, retail operations, or a related field.
- 1+ years of project coordination experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Required Skills- Microsoft Excel

- Microsoft PowerPoint
Preferred Skills- Loss Prevention or retail security experience.
- Knowledge of alarm systems, cameras, and EAS equipment.
Schedule- Monday & Friday: Remote
- Tuesday-Thursday: Onsite
